Dear all and Kingprice Team. I'm loss of words from the service rendered by Mr. Mlungisi Gumede our Claims Investigator. His humility and kindness is beyond measure. Throughout my interaction with the team when I first registered my claim had my own reservations with their customer service and immediately my claim went for validation I totally changed my mind about the kind of treatment I received, thanks to you Mlungisi you made me to believe and have confidence in the KingPrice systems as our mentality is always that Insurances are ****s. The education I received and professional conduct is immeasurable. We need this type of education and will not hesitate to continue with KingPrice Insurance.
