Excellent service /amazing recovery of query

#BlackFriday I had referred a friend to King Price Insurance two months ago and was told i wont have to pay my premium for the next three months which equates to one month of her premium. Unfortunately this did not happen . I followed up with them and they apologised for the mishap , and instead of not paying for the next three months they paid me upfront the full amount amazing much appreciated excellent service , my referral is also very happy with company as her geyser packed up a monthafter joining and they replaced with no excess awesome.
