Excellent service from Chane Thumbran

I have been querying my debit since the 20th, sending emails upon emails. The lady who called me the second time promised to call me back after speaking with the manager that was on Tuesday, she never called me back, i then sent another email. I got a call today from Chane, she was very professional, polite and friendly. I was very angry but she managed to make sure that by the time i dropped the phone I was smiling.

King Price needs more consultants like Chane, she needed also to confirm few things i thought when she says she will call me back, she was just saying but she really called me and assisted me perfectly.

I wanted to cancel my insurance but with such service I am definitely staying with King Price.
