Customer Service with extreme professionalism and enthusiasm is what describes Sharold Maphori from King Price Insurance , I requested a confirmation of cover letter which was received in seconds Sharold went out of her way to look into my policy and see how to better my options, I have one word for her Boss "Promotion" Sharold deserves to be a Customer Service Team Leader.
