Excellent Service

On the 01/10/2015 i had a break-in at my house and in the process i lost some items, The matter was then reported to the police by my security company same day, my claim was Finally registered with King Price on 27/10/2015, the lady that dealt with my claim Sylvia Chauke indicated to me what documents they needed in order to proceed with my claim, which i forwarded the next day. It took King Price (7) working days to advise me that my claim is approved and Makro will get in touch with me. <br> <br> I must say i am impressed with King Price insurance and don't regret signing up with them as my insurer of choice not only do they Keep their promise in terms of low premiums but also in honouring their clients claims as well. This tells you that they are an insurer that holds the interests of their clients at the heart of everything they do.<br> <br> The lady that handled my claim Sylvia Chauke was a star indeed , She had empathy , she was very clear in her explanations of the requirements & kept me up-to-date in the whole process, when she doesn't get hold of you she would leave a MSG making sure that at-least the MSG reaches you. That's what i call service excellence.Thank you King Price & Sylvia
