Excellent Service

I called the call centre to update my policy schedule and a lovely lady answered the line very quickly, i didn't wait long. She was polite, friendly and she even made me laugh. Later i noticed something on the schedule that i wanted to change and i sent her an email, she called me back in a matter of minutes and sorted my query out very quickly. That is excellent service - Thank you.
