Excellent Service

I called in today to the King Price call centre to remove one of the vehicles that I have insured with King Price and was assisted by Laurette ****samy. I would like her, her supervisors as well as the general public to know that the level of service I received today did indeed make me feel royal.

There was not a single delay in any of the processes and the vehicle was removed from my portfolio all in the same call. I was also given a credit for the days remaining of the month that were paid for but will not be used for the cover of this vehicle which I did not expect. It's not common these days to receive this kind of treatment and I want to really thank her and the entire team at King Price insurance.
