Excellent service

The service was so excellent. Mandy could bring my worries and pressure I felt down by the way she explained everything on the policy. I could see her smile on her face, no literally saying her, from repeating the questions I asked her to repeat. She made sure that I understand everything she said. I am also happy that she could negotiate my premium to go down.
