Excellent service

Today I called in to cancel my insurance as I received a call from my previous insurer offering me a cheaper premium. My mind was set on cancelling my policy. I was transfer to an adviser called Simon Scott. From the get go Simon was all laughs and so polite. He made me feel calm , relaxed and easy to talk too. Simon went through all the necessary question to safe me as a client, it took literally less then 10 mins to reduce my premium he explained the excess and credit shortfall which the other company did not offer me. I was so amazed by this that I told him that I am not cancelling and I am staying. He even sent me an update schedule while I was on the phone with him. I am so happy with that I got to speak to Simon he changed my mind and he gave me a cheaper premium. I am a happy chappy.
