Excellent service

I received outstanding service from one of King Price's agents today by the name of Quintin Barnard. Although we both encountered a system glitch he took it upon himself to take responsibility to follow up and get the glitch sorted out and also called me back as promised to finalise my change request completely and to satisfaction.
