Excellent service

I called King Price to update the details of my new upgraded cell phone. Chris answered the call and handled me in a very professional way. He then referred me to his senior adviser Ryan van der Merwe to see if he could help me maintain my current premium or even lower it. I must admit I was only hoping for the same premium. Ryan then went the extra mile and took the time to explored my case file in a very kind and professional manner. He really made me feel like a valued client and I appreciated his jovial manner. (It was really refreshing to be helped by a call center who actually enjoyed your company on the phone.) At the end of the conversation Ryan was able to lower my current premium because of claim free years with the company. Personally I am very happy for the lower premium but more so because they have now turned me into a very loyal client. Kindness won the day and we are all really Royalty ! Thanks Guys !!!
