Firstly allow me to thank you both for going the extra mile in making me feel like a valued client when the rest of your colleagues failed to represent your brand. Ofcourse I was not happy and still not happy in the manner King Price handled my case and I was happily ready to move to Miway as explained to Sam that my wife works there.

I’ve also come to know after speaking to Gabriel that he knows my cousin who is a senior manager at Miway. In short leaving King Price was not going to make any difference in my life whatsoever and I was already in the process of influencing friends and family linked with your brand to drop it. What has made me consider my stay is the manner in which you both tried your level best to assist me. Your follow up emails/ calls which are by the way appreciated by me. I wanted to extend my appreciation for shining your company flag high even though I’m no longer a big fan of your organization.

I’m grateful for the new structure and please accept this email as confirmation of the new agreement going forward.
