Excellent Service

I would like to express and extend my gratitude for the level of service given to me by Clive Perumal. His level of professionalism and the will to assist must be commended as he literally solved all my problems on just one phone call. I needed to reinstate my policy with Budget however my license disk had expired and that was due to the dealership not registering the vehicle on time however I had a permit for the time being. Budget could not cover me till I I recieve the new disk meaning they would not pay even though they were going to deduct the prorata amount in a few days which doesn't make sense. Once i spoke to Clive he assured me that this can be sorted and that I was in good hands and came to the right place. My fiancé is thinking of coming back to you guys as she had a success claim with you in the time she was with King Price. I hope Clive recieves the recognition he deserves and may he continue servicing clients with a smiley and positive attitude. Thanks again Clive!
