Excellent Service
I called the King Price Call Centre on the 16th of August and had a pleasure of speaking to a friendly consul named Marco ****son, he was friendly and very efficient he took time to understand what my query was and did not make promises but rather said he will see what he can do to assist me. He managed to sort out my query and even went an extra mile to help me update my details, he was patient and didn't rush to get off the phone until he was 100% sure that all my needs were met and that my query had been resolved. I would like to say that Marco ****son is an asset to King Price and very dedicated to his work, his level of customer service is very outstanding. Keep up the great work Marco ****son.
