Good day. I would like to compliment Tumi Lamola for his prompt and efficient service that he gave me today 23.09.2021. One can actually hear from someone's tone of voice the mood the person is in. He was so friendly and I can actually see his smile from other side of the line. When I dropped his line, the document that I was requesting was already on my email.
