Excellent Service

<p>I had to make changes to my King Price vehicle insurance policy. I initially tried to contact the call centre after hours, so I left a message for someone to call me back. I was contacted this morning by a delightful lady named Lesego who speedily and efficiently helped me with my query, and umprompted, she looked at my policy details, and determined that my excess was a bit high. She then put me on hold for less than 30 seconds, and came back to tell me that she was able to half my excess and still save me about R100 pm on the installment. I was extremely pleased with this.</p> <p> </p> <p>While the R100pm may not seem like a substantial saving, I was more impressed and pleased with the level of service I received from Lesego. And in a society where service levels and delivery are now outweighing financial benefits, it is my opinion that King Price will go a long way if all their staff emulate Lesego's excellent attitude. Telkom, Eskom, SANRAL and the like have a long way to go and can definitely learn a thing or 2 from King Price in my opinion</p>
