13 May 2024, 18:18I was assisted by Neo Makaleng and the guy deserves all good things in King Price Family. I called in and the intention was to cancel my policy and the gentleman explained everything to me step by step, very patient someone and even went as far as giving me the best premium. I've been with KP for 6 years and I did 't want to go anywhere but I was not happy with the premium amount after I was reinstated hence I wanted to cancel again. Big ups to Neo, you have a kind heart as a human. Thank you so much 💜
