<p>I had a wonderful experience where Bradley Carradus, knew his products, explained in detail and with wonderful telephone ettiquette, gave information to safeguard me and my family in the event of loss to our home contents and vehicles, was patient with me considering the cellphone reception was not constant. He wasn't pushy, arrogant or rude but was confident, assertive and energetic.
