Excellent experience dealing with King Price during an emergency.

I had a breakdown on the freeway during peak hour traffic, I called king price as I have emergency vehicle assistance as part of my policy with them, my call was answered by Katleho Monyai, I was in a flat panic, I have never been stuck anywhere, let alone on the freeway with what seemed like half of JHB behind me. I don't think giving her a 5 star review does this lady justice. She answered all of my questions and helped to organize a tow truck all very calmly and professionally while I was ****ing out and through out the day called back to make sure I was sorted out and that everything was okay. I believe that the quality of a company or service provider can be measured by the staff they employ and from this experience I would say I made hands down the best decision to sign up with them. They really treat you like royalty.
