Excellent Customer Service - Sibongile Ndlovu

I was very frustrated with not being able to get through to cancel my policy when due to affordability, when I eventually did Sibongile Ndlovu restructured my policy to what I really need and can afford, she has lovely phone etiquette and tone I forgot all about my frustration, Thank you Sibongile Ndlovu
