Excellent Customer Service, Organisationally a few things to work on
Would like to take time to commend Ms Ammarah for her patience and service. 5-star service from her, unfortunately I will have to remove a star from King price seeing as my call was transferred 3-times. Thank God the call found itself to Ammarah who made the situation tons better. And took the time to explain all the Insurance jargon i didn't quite understand. There's superb customer service, then there's Ammarah.
