I had an unfortunate incident at my house where I lost a valuable piece of equipment which I use for my trail running. I decided to claim with my insurance King Price, Johannes Swarts answered my call very friendly and police and extremely helpful and professional in his effort to help me logged a claim for the item that was lost. He kept me informed every step of the way always ensuring piece of mind knowing that I am in good hands. Once the claim was finalized he quickly made sure payment went efficiently so that i can replace the lost item which was so dear to me. Never have I come across a consultant well spoken shows empathy and really takes pride in work with professionalism. I deal alot with call centre agents and have yet to find someone like him.
