Excellent customer service from Ms Petzer

Had a very pleasant telephonic encounter with Lisl Petzer of King price yesterday for my policy review. I must say I was extremely happy with the new lower premiums but what was more outstanding was the customer service she gave me...friendly and proffessional.Thank you,you don't find many of those these days!
