EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Have been with King price for 2 years and have interacted with 5 different individuals during this time and I have never ever been disappointed on all occasions. King Price knows the true meaning of customer centricity and customer obsession, it is so evident in the manner their employees treat and resolve customer queries. Latest interaction was with Betswe Kgafela, really wish I could go into detail about the level of excellent service provided by this lady leading up to me sending this review... All I can say is she is a great asset to the company and I am yet to meet a call center Consultant who is clearly mad about her job and does not operate like a robot. Could not be happier to be a King price Customer
