Yesterday I was assisted by Mr Tumi Makgoba from the retention's department, he rendered a great and splendid service, even offered that I can directly communicate with him if I have service related queries or request. He managed to drop my premium from R1200 to R997 while I will still enjoy the reduction on my policy, I am extremely happy as a new client of the royal family.

Mr Tumi Makgoba you a true ambassador of excellent customer service, I wish all the service providers can offer such great service, this would make a world a great place to enjoy. You deserve a promotion and formal recognition.
