Excellent customer service

Following my accident in October 2014, I had been in contact with the lady, by the name of Cynthia Modies, who has been quite excellent in executing her functions, to ensure that I get my excess of R10 000 back from the guilty party in the accident. And indeed, through her tireless efforts, I eventually got it back.<br> <br> At no point did I ever followed up with her, in relation to the progress so far made in terms of recovering the money. She had consistently kept me updated on every aspect of the claim process. <br> <br> My experience with this lady is just wonderful and quite marvellous.
