Excellent customer Service

<p>I had a very poor experience with King Price just recently and today needed to call in to follow up on an issue. What a pleasant surprise to deal with Lee-Ann Morgan who came accross very professional and helpful. She was unable to assess the exact problem while speaking to her but promised to call me back with a resolution. To my surprise she called back very shortly after our first conversation and had reslolved my problem. She went entirely out of her way and it is pleasing to see there are still people out there that take their work seriously.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for your help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stephen</p>
