EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had the privilege of being assisted by Ms. Chane Barraball and was delighted with the way the call was conducted and even the information and service she provided. She contacted me WRT my cellphone claim and though I have to admit, at first, I wasnt sure what was happening as I hadnt heard from the Employer in a week and I then made contact to which Chane then called to provide me with feedback. She explained everything to me and was able to answer all questions I asked and even provide me with explanations regarding my cellphone and the process, when i wasnt 100% sure about why it wasnt being covered. Chane ensured that my knowledge and understanding was met before she proceeded with the claims and kept me updated and informed not only via CALLS but EMAILS too. She was calm and cool even when I kind of seemed to have lost it, she kept her cool, really professional.
