Excellent customer service
I just had to make a dreaded call to update my insurance details and reschedule a debit order, Ugh. I was greeted by the friendliest most efficient voice. It took minutes and I was done and smiling. Yash Ramsuran, you are a Super Star and I thank you for being exemplary in your job. What a breath of fresh air!
