Excellent customer service

Since I have joined King price past 2 years..I must say the service has been excellent. My car was damaged in January 2023, went to Auto Magic to fix it and 8 months after I find that there was a damage in the same area where my car was fixed. Sent it back to Auto Magic since warranty hadnt expired. All assessments were done and King price approved without me paying extra for Auto Magic to go back and fix my car as perhaps there could have been an error on AUto Magic to assess the damage of the carr thoroughly. I would like to say that King Price so far has delivered excellent customer services throughout. Even when I was stranded for towing of the car, when they apoligies for taking long and thry were able to send a good gift gesture. This is what we look for in insurance companies. Putting the customer first
