Excellent Customer Service

I called in yesterday and today with the intention of cancelling my car Insurance. I have been battling for two months to have my car Insurance which is sold with the new car details and I needed to do is cancel. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes waiting to be transferred through to Retention which fueled mu frustration after I could not get hold of them yesterday. When finally put through, a gentleman called Simon Scott. Not only have I cancelled my Insurance, he has added a new one with my new car details. He is such a pleasure to talk to. He level of customer service exceeded my expectation. He is an asset to your company and I can only hope he gets treated s such.
