Excellent Customer Service

I recently had a claim with King Price and the service I received was absolutely amazing. I called them the day the accident happened. The first thing they wanted to know if I was ok. The claim was lodged the same day with the assessor also calling the same day. I then wanted to revise my policy details to include Car Hire and change personal details. With that the premium went up by R500. I told them that I could not afford the extra R500 and the consultant, Gareth van der Westhuizen went the extra mile and eventually got the premium that was more affordable. What an amazing young man. I have not claimed for car insurance ever, so this being my first time, I bragged to everybody about the service I received. Thank you King Price. I have converted about 5 people to change to King Price as the preferred insurer. I look forward to many more "Claim Free" years with you.
