Excellent Customer expectation - King Price
Phoned King Price to update some details and get a quote on an extra vehicle. I had to cut the line short due to work, and phoned back to continue with my policy. Tebogo Motaung assisted me, got all of my information added successfully.
I also required a ''quote'', for if I had to lower my excess on my main vehicle, which is on comprehensive cover, and he asked me to hold the line.
About 2 minutes later, I had the surprise of a lifetime! He gave me an extremely low excess, AND lowered my premium! I am shocked, but I am indeed a very satisfied customer!
