Excellent Customer Care

This morning 2018/01/16 I made contact with King Price insurance to add another sports watch being a Suunto Spartan Trainer HR to the value of ZAR3899. I spoke to a gentleman called Mike and he gave me a monthly premium of ZAR32. BUT just the previous day I have added a Garmin Fenix 3 to the value of ZAR7000 and I got a premium of ZAR29 so I asked the consultant to explain and all he could say was the the system shows him that. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or senior consultant which lead me to speak to Andre Potgieter, a very helpful and friendly individual. I listened to my problem and immediately explained the issue and offered me a huge discount on my car to reduce the total premium as insured with King Price.

I must commend Andre in undertanding customer service. To surpass my expectations Andre even offered to deal with him directly going forward.
