Excellent Communication to Customer

I had an accident last week Friday (15-05-2015) and King Price arranged towing within minutes after my phone call. A courteous call-back was also given by their Service Provider arranging this. I called this morning (18-05-2015) to follow up on my claim and ensure my policy was validated/in order and Shohana was exceptional in explaining the process flow for any claim, and also included her personal experiences on how to handle such dilemmas. Shohana even went as far as insisting that I follow up with her if any other department does not respond to me within today, so that she can follow up for me. So far, King Price has exceeded my expectation as an Insurance Provider and I am hoping to for even more positive feedback in terms of Damage Evaluation.
