I was sent an update of my policy and realised I had a few changes to make. first thank you for taking the time to send a reminder to me for personal update details. I sent my changes to the policy via email, then had the pleasure of a call from Slungele Kgobe, what an asset to your company this man is. he spoke clearly and fluently and did my changes is 30 seconds then waited on the line for me to receive email with updates just to check it was all right. on top of all this I received a reduction of R100 on my monthly premiums what a wonderful surprise. thank you King Price and thank you super star Mr Kgobe.
