Excellent Client Service

I took out motorbike insurance through King Price recently. I cannot attest to their claim pay-outs as yet (hopefully never have to :) ), but if their claims run as smooth, friendly and efficient as their client service I think I am in the right hands. I dealt with several consultants in one day on separate queries and within minutes the requested amendments were made and new documents were waiting in my inbox. They obviously ask if they can quote me on my other assets and when I said not at the moment they accepted my answer without trying to override or convince me. My changes were just a phone call away, there is no extended waiting ringtone eating up all your airtime as all my calls were answered within seconds. Yugendri Padayachy was one of the consultants I dealt with. Thank you for excellent service! For once it was actually pleasant to deal with insurance consultants.
