Riaan works as Systems Administrator in the IT department! Riaan impresses me daily with his compassionate and caring style. He is always placing Internal customers' interests first. He is unique in his own manner, a good listener and never too busy to assist. He is prompt on issues logged and always eager to assist even if he is not sure about a solution, but he finds a way to get the issues resolved in rapid time.
