Excellent assistance from Kingprice employee Micquaylon.

I recently joined kingprice insurance. I called in today and a gentleman by the name of Micquaylon Govender assisted me. He was very helpful and informative. Well mannered and also very clued up with providing the best customer service to his clients. He also advised me of documents that is not uploaded onto the system which was all provided to Keith and Dane. I also was told to email the documentation to the client services department which I did a month ago. I am very disappointed with the service from Keith and Dane as all of my information and documents should have been uploaded onto the system. I am worried that if I do incure a loss will my claim be honoured? I will resubmit the outstanding documents as advised by Micquaylon Govender. I do appreciate his assistance on this. I hope I don't have issues going forward as no one from King Price contacted me and informed me that there are documents outstanding. Thank you Micquaylon for your awesome assistance.
