Excellent and Professional Service

I do not know whether to call it fate or coincident, I somehow get to speak to the same lady whenever I make contact with King Price. Nhlanhla Phungula has been my only contact since the inception of my insurance and I am happy to deal only with her going forward. She has always remained professional throughout our interactions and in between very cheerful. She possesses skill of a customer oriented individual and King Price are very fortunate to have someone like her. Many South African companies offer poor customer service and often that contributes to clients and/ customers hopping between different suppliers because all they seek is excellent service level. Nhlanhla Phungula is one whom has proven to me that I do not need to change my insurance. I wish her all the luck and I endorse her for higher recognition from her management for excellent customer service.
