We experienced some difficulties with Collections during March which naturally had me concerned around my cover. King Price and Melissa were extremely helpful throughout and together through constant and effective communication between her and myself, we have been able to ensure that my cover status was not impacted.<br> <br> To Top this, I also claimed for a lost Hearing Aid for my son. This item was not specified (my omission) and the replacement cost is upwards of R14 000. King Price and Carmen Stellenberg in particular assisted me even though they are not obligated to pay out at all for this loss, but were still kind enough to pay out a portion to assist me of R1500.
