The best test for Insurance is the day you want to claim. From the moment I made the first call to report my son was in an accident until the payout,was an absolute pleasure. King Price personnel was helpful and supportive, even when paperwork from my side was not adequate.. I can only speak of Royal service... The night of the accident, I was 500km away from my son, worried and stressed. Abigail answered the phone, first asked if my son is injured and if someone is with him . Then she asked for his number and phoned him, arranged everything , phone me back and assured me all is under control. Then the claim, the assessment, the new insurance of the new car and the payout. I can name them all, but do not want to left out one. I will recommend King Price to anyone who want to listen and those who don't. I am super happy with the service I got from King Price personnel.
