Excellant staff well trained.
I have to say a very big thank you the King Price - your staff in particular Sibongile Ndlovu are all friendly, happy and what a pleasure to deal with. From the moment they answer the phone to transferring me to the correct department plus attending to my request. All was done efficiently and in a language tone which I could clearly understand - nothing of the mumble to often get from the call centres .. Again Well Done King Price for taking care of your staff - they deserve it. Regards Leona Raath
