Everything is fine till you have to claim...
It took 4 weeks to get a car accident claim approved for an accident not at fault. Inquisitive questions and extra-administrative request. No feedback, no proactive communication. You have to escalate the issue and threaten to lodge a complaint to get things moving. Very painful.
