Every tried to claim from King Price Insurance - Pure Frustration!
it has now been 2 weeks since the claim on my vehicle was registered - CKP***/3. I have called Kings price in excess of 15 times to try and get them to move forward and get me some sort of feedback. What i get is extremely rude people who have no clue , or have no interest to help with a claim .. Ironically they don't not struggle like this with me when i have to pay for mu insurance every month - on time and with no issues from my side.
I am sick of dealing with you King Price - I want my claim sorted out !

Assessor dept. been doing a review of a 51K quotation for the last few days , after I had to physically get the quotation and send it to them from their selected auto repair shop. And still no feedback - all i get is promises that i will get a call from them, this just goes from pathetic to completely ridicules.
This twice about these great premiums they offer - it seems you get what you pay for with King price, extremely poor service at a slightly lower rate then other service providers ! Surely there is an ombudsman next.. This is beyond pathetic !
