Ethicality in customers Service ( Lebo Makweng / King Price )

Today I was over the moon when a lady( consultant) from King Price called me. She was following up on my complaint about an unauthorised debit. What made me feel great was the way she listened to my views. She treated me as the only customer King Price ever had. I wish all staff members can do the same.
