Ephraim's excellent service

The service consultant provided me with excellent service and assisted me with getting a more affordable premium and excess for my car.

He was not rude or impatient as I ask a lot of questions and clarity seeking question he was calm and collected and delivered his pitch explaining each part and sent me the quote and I saw what he told me was actually written down and true unlike other insurance companies.

I think his attitude also assisted in delivering the message and I was able to take up the insurance. I just hope that the claims process would go as smoothly as this conversation when the need arise. Thanks
