Ephraim Maaga is the ultimate reason why I went with kingprice as my vehicle insurer ,and everytime I think of an additional item I'd like to add onto my insurance he is the first person I think of and the first person I email directly. Alot of times us as clients have a long list of questions to clearly understand exactly what we are getting ourselves into and this may feel like a tedious task to the sales person on the other line, but not for Ephraim , he was the most patient sales interaction I've ever encountered across insurance companies and he complimented me on hitting the questions right on the nail instead of getting worked up with my requests. Ephraim Maaga is an absolute asset to your company! I don't do reviews alot as I don't always get exceptional service like given on that day, most times people just have the earning a pay check persona and getting the task done at hand , but no he sold me value! He was patient in explaining every single question I had and also answered them with the most enthusiasm. At the end of the call he asked "can we go ahead with this deal " and I said absolutely yes! and since then I have never gone back because of him. Give that guy a raise! Or make him a teamleader so he can invest of himself and his skills onto the next King price generation of consultants your team would like to add on in the future ! He is what I call exceptional hence I can call King price exceptional. He displayed a true reflection of living the brand, hence investing more into this person will elevate your team to even higher heights.
