Enquiry on credit bureau
I don't have any business dealings with king price insurance and I checked on credit bureau, I found that there was a an enquiry made by king price insurance, I wonder what was the enquiry about I want them to immediately remove that enquiry from my name immediately,

12 Aug 2020, 20:29I am getting sales calls like today there was a guy just that I didnt have anything to write on was busy , the agents in the call centre dont check 1st before calling customers , all they think of is sales , I have to cut the call as he was wasting my time for nothing, i could pick up that he doesn't have full information of what transpired,
Yesterday I got emails from Eddie Simelane with letters confirming that my policy with King Price which was cancelled on 2017-12-04 due to non-payment. The above mentioned client does not owe King Price any money as our contract was month to month and there was no cover for the months not paid.
We request that this debit is not taken into account by any creditor

I told him that the same way that King Price insurance made an enquiry about my name on credit bureau , they must reverse the enquiry as I dont have any business dealings with them since 2017.
