Employee of the month award allocated to Ryan van der Merwe!

i have been battling from one person to another, until Ryan van der Merwe took my call and took the ownership on himself to assist me. he has followed up daily with me and also gave me daily feedback on my problem I had adding home insurance. he did the right and honest thing to make sure the correct procedures where followed and sorted my issue within days. you should really give this man a gold medal or employee of the month award! I would certainly demand speaking to Ryan in the future and no one else.
